on 04/12/2015 at your Montgomery, Al store #5309 I purchased a Bistro set, table $49.99, two chairs at $24.00 a piece among other purchase. After purchase your young black male employee place the purchase in my car which I asked him was he sure it will it fix in my car he went on to reply that the table came in a box and the chairs was not in a box and that the box will fix in the trunk so I asked about the chairs fiting the trunk also but he reply that the chairs will fit in the inside car.

He struggle to fit the two chairs in the car damaging the the two back doors with the left door with a deep scratch, the right door slightly scratches, the chairs legs was stratch up, and several of the tabs on the chairs is was broken off or bent. Once I got home and discover the damage I called back to the store and reported the incident to a manager named Charles, he told me to call the store manager named David the next morning. I did the next morning David told me to bring the merchandise back and I told him it was still in the car the way it was placed in there the previous day. I got to your store Charles and David *** the damage took pictures and replace the two chairs and place them in the trunk with box and couldn't understand why the young man didn't let the seat down and place all three items in trunk as they did.

David told me he wll send the report to you all with my number of 334 354-**** and your office will get in touch with me. That never happen. I call both of them on 4 May, 5 May, 6 May, 7 May. 8 May, 9 May, 10 May, 11 May, 12 May and again today 12 May 2015.

I have left messages over and over again and those two men have not return my call as of today. I shouldn't have two run them down when my car has been damage by your employee. The trans # 2449, store # 05309, Date purchase: 04/12/2015, time: 3:01:08 P.M., Reg: 002, Cashier: 158****, this purache on my visa card. I want satisfaction and that is making me whole with my cardoors fix.

I know they thought I that I would go away if they would dodge me. But that's not happen.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: I want my doors fis, I have gotten an estimate yet because I was waitting to hear you but I know now that Mr, Charles and Mr, David did forward the incident report.

Big Lots Pros: Cashier who was friendly.

Big Lots Cons: Confusing.
