Big Lots - Manager Review from New York, New York
I went to big lots in west springfield and ordered a full size matress, the manager checked me out and I set arrangements to pick it up in a few days. I got home and looked at my receipt and saw that it said a twin matress on it, I had to drive back to west Springfield and tell the manager that I clearly asked for a full size multiple times.
He said that there were no more full size mattresses and I told him that he already charged me for it so he needed to get one. After all the frustration I went through we agreed on him driving to Northampton to go get me the matress I originally told him I needed. He was rude about it and he didn't know what he was doing.
The worst manager I've ever encountered. Extremely disappointed.
