Went to Big Lots store in Simpsonville. They had one which was damaged.

OK that happens no problem. I was told that they had 4 at woodruff road store so we went there only to find that they had sold all but the floor model. I told the manager to check and he found one at the north pleasantburg store. I asked if it was damaged and still there.

This is where it got bad. We went to the north pleasantburg store and purchased it. The box looked good and we thought no problem. I got home at 8:15 and opened the box and found that someone had filled it with junk and done a great taping job and returned it.

We called the manager and drove back there and they had no more in that location. I was told that the Spartanburg store had 4. Six hours gone on the first day still no Gazebo.

We purchased it the next day ,sunday, and finally got it home. How about something for my time and trouble.
