store. On Saturday we purchased some wicker furniture and the assistance provided by both men was very commendable. First was Frank who moved the furniture to our vehicle and then, when I returned a faulty rocker back to the store, there was Jim who switched out AND assembled the replacement rocker for us before loading it into our Jeep. In an era when quality customer service occurs rarely, and reluctantly, we offer our appreciation to both gentlemen.
