Not resolved

Went to get a patio set. They were out.

Had associate call another store to see if they had it. They had three. Got there and they had none. Had associate at second store call another location.

They had five. Got there. They had zero. Had associate at third store call another location.

I asked to speak with them. I asked him to virtually go see if there was one in stock.

He assured me he had one left. I am driving over 100 miles and that sob better be there.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Dumb question here but did you or the associate at one of the first two stores ask to have the item held until you got there?That would have saved alot of trouble on your end.


i doubt the oriignal store wouldve sent you there b4 calling 1st, computer 3's are not accurate
