I have been working at Biglots for over ten years

Just would like to know how you give another associates raises and not the ones that’s have been there longer.and when their evaluation comes around you want to give them a .25 cent raise.

I ended up getting a .19 pay raise last year. It would have been more if I hadn't come in from the freezing cold with a hoodie on from pulling carts in.

I happened to work with a mystery shopper and it screwed me. Nothing better than being a tiny gal pulling carts because everyone else doesn't care.


Still nothing done


I treat people the way I want to be treated.and they should too they talk to you like your a child .if hr only new how they are really treated.


I agree, i had my review with annual cents, same time ot was taken away after 2yrs of 45 hrs so lost much more then annual gave me. Then this slap in the face where new hires and 99% employees get wage increase, not I because of cap. On top of it team leaders and assistants get % hike in bonus but not us dts leads, triple slap
