Big Lots - Upset shopper
I tried to return an item and was told I could not return the item because it had been over 30 days. I assumed the return policy was at least 90 days like most stores. The manager would not even give me store credit, which I would have spent in the store. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a big lots customer.

Was not getting my coupons cause they were going to my junk folder. Just got an email back they cant help me. Really you cant send me a coupon that i can clearly show you has not been coming to me after shopping at your store !!

Big Lots - Embarrassed
I went into the Millville store and asks for a bed frame and the manager Tammie acted like it was such a big deal that she had to get me the bed frame . It had to be dug out. If this is the kind of people you have working for you I don’t want anything to do with your store. You would think you store manager would want the sale but I guess not. My friend will also know about my experience . My night was ruined so thank you .

I have been working at Biglots for over ten years Just would like to know how you give another associates raises and not the ones that’s have been there longer.and when their evaluation comes around you want to give them a .25 cent raise.Read more
