Y'all need to do better of picking up the phone about the credit card. All the numbers I dailed don't work

Because I don't understand why y'all keep changing my card if I payed it all off last month. I don't wanna keep getting charged if my balance is zero.

Great experience.

Went to the big lots in Dunmore Pennsylvania today and purchased patio furniture for our childrens new home. The customer service provided by Alex and other members of his family while we were there was beyond belief. He was accommodating, took all the time that we required, and told us about the product to make a decision easier. In this day and age its rare to find this kind of customer service. I owned my own company for 40 years, and if I could get employees like Alex and his family, I probably wouldve stayed in business and not retired.

Register a complaint about a product purchased

I have purchased 3 sets of indoor/outdoor battery operated candles by real living. I put some outside and the batteries got wet and corroded and there is even water inside the candles. I am very disappointed in this product. I feel like Ive wasted $75.

Cashier has to read everything I bought and she even complained when I ask her to double the bag her response was that The bag was not heavy & to top that she gave me a dirty look. Not getting my bill in the mail

Customer service was very poor at the Ireland location in south Bend IN

I when asking for assistance with furniture the the lady handling the furniture wasn't very helpful. Everything I asked about she said they don't have it. As if she was racist. I noticed a white male came and she assisted him and rolled the furniture to his truck. Poor behavior.

User's recommendation: Don't shop at the Ireland location. They just sit outside and smoke.

Employee relations

I am trying to email corporate about what seems to be lack of ethical behavior by managing team towards their employees this consists of reduced hours unrealistic expectations and age discrimination to the point of me writing to biglots about its been brought to manager and to hr department many times with no resolution in sight please help thank you

Not good services , qualityless item, you get problem to refund

they don't refund money. we got damage item from online order. we return item but we don't get money. we call several time but we don't get money.

Safety problems
